The product itself is great! Love it - but buy it elsewhere! Other craft supply outlets sell it for $5 or less for a 2 oz. jar! Don't get ripped off and pay 3 times what you should!

I was rather disappointed with this product. It was not what I expected. The coating is thin and hard to use. I can't get an even coat on the pliers.
Also, it was expensive...I found it later on other sites for 1/3 the cost.

This product does an excellent job of coating my pliers so they don't scratch the finish of whichever medium I am using when making jewelry. I use it most making maille jewelry to prevent scratching the colored finish off of my jump rings. I highly recommend it.

Very easy to use. Sure helps with the softer metals. Two thin coats are easier to use than 1 thick coat. Only down side, it only comes in white now.
