Like earrings; hated dealing with "Peggy"Aug 21, 2011

Purchased as gift. Very small earrings, but nicely detailed.
Arrived with one back missing and the enclosed gift box rendered useless by being wrapped with long strip of Scotch tape (when you removed the tape, you removed the "foil" finish of the box). Because the earrings are so small, you really need the small gift box because anything you might have at home would be way to large. Since they provide a box appropriate to the size of the earrings, it seemed strange to damage it.
Earrings are very nice and the seller replaced the missing back. However, I did not enjoy dealing with customer service. "Peggy" was bent on disputing the fact that the box included with the shipment was a "gift" box and extended that arguement over 2 more emails! Finally, when she called to advise that replacement back(s) were being sent, she admitted that the box was, in fact, a gift box. But, of course, the replacement box was also wrapped with Scotch tape.
