The four images on the Amazon web page for this product show a wood box with velvet roll inserts for rings. The product description describes both a wood box and a black faux leather display box. I actually got the black faux leather box, which wasn't as nice as a wood box. And I got a foam pad ring holder with a velvet top (also in the product description) and not the velvet ring rolls shown in the pictures. The price was pretty low - and the boxes are the right size and adequately made - so I decided to keep the product instead of returning it. But this isn't quite what I was expecting based on the pictures. The images need to be updated to be more truthful as to the appearance of this product.

I wish I had seen the review above. I have decided to return mine, because what I recieved is not what is pictured here. I was so disappointed to open the package only to find I was not delivered what was promised to me. Amazon needs to change the photo, or not work with this vendor again. I felt it was a bit of bait and switch.

The box that I received was much more square compared to the elongated box depicted in the pictures. But most importantly, it DOES NOT have long rows of slots that run from one side to theother, but instead has 36 individual slots that are about an inch wide. I'm using my box for cufflinks, so it's not ideal, but I was able to make it work, so I kept it instead of returning it.

I thought that it would be good and a cheap fix for storing my rings but without a lid it really isn't a good choice if you're someone that gets your jewelry in and out a lot.They would get bumped and fall out in the drawer or on the floor and I felt that I could possibly lose them, so I ended up still having to shell out for a good box with a lid.

The description says that the box is wood... it is cardboard! I guess technically cardboard is made from wood, but come on! What a rip-off. I do not recommend you buy this item unless they were selling it for $4 not $14. Thank goodness Amazon has free return shipping.
