Nothing special here. I have to put things under the steamer multiple times to get them clean because the steam doesn't last long before you have to let it build up again. I give it a 6 out of 10.

I bought this product for my store to clean customer jewelry. Used MAYBE twice a day and didn't last any longer than about a month. Since then, I bought the "better" model with the built-in ultrasonic and that had broken parts right out of the box, we were able to "fix", and then lasted about 2 months. It was still covered by warranty, but this time they said they wouldn't do anything because "of the condition it was in." Yeah, it was a POS when I took it out of the box, I should have sent it back immediately, but then parts just started falling off. Cheaply made plastic parts, this company WILL NOT fix or replace anything while knowing they have VERY low standard products...ALWAYS using the classic "it's not covered by our warranty." I also bought a diamond tester from this company and the pin busted within 2 weeks of using and, surprise, that specific issue is not covered by the warranty. This company DOES NOT stand behind their products. They KNOW they are selling CHEAP products! BEWARE!!!

My wife had this steamer on her Christmas list this year. After much anticipation we opened up..set it up...tried to clean her rings and was quickly dissapointed. What a let down. We tried for quite a while..The steam runs out quickly. It just doesn't get under the stone and clean very well. She was not impressed and plans to return the cleaner. Bummer.

I purchased this cleaner for my wife bc her rings were constantly getting dirty. It works very well, but occasionally you'll have to get the dirt free with a toothbrush and a light scrubbing to get it really shiney. Overall I'd say she uses it once a week and is very happy with it!

It worked well and for about 12 months, which is the warranty length. I sent it back to get it replaced and Armando at ADFA helped get this done. I am happy with the product and the service; however, I did expect it to work longer than 12 months with occasional use. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer. If they did not replace it, I would have given them 1-star as opposed to 4-stars. Customer Service means everything in this type situation
