Chemicals break downMar 19, 2009

Smells strongly of ammonia, which I guess is mostly what it is. I've had it for about a year and I opened the jar yesterday to see a mess. The elements had broken down and there was a bunch of heaven-knows-what floating around in it. I live in California where there are no extreme temperatures, so I don't know what happened. I had another jar of jewelry cleaner that didn't do that.
