These are milled to a very sharp edge for clean cuts. Made from quality tool steel, these are hardened on both hit and work ends. This unique tempering method leaves the shank of the cutter at a mill hardness of 32 HRC to 36 HRC, which allows the handle to absorb the shock of hammering and prevents crystallization of the metal. The applied hardening technique enhances the performance and extends the life of these tools. Comes in a wood stand. Made in Europe.
