Clock movements and hands mechanisms repair toolJan 15, 2011
By Ann Aurelio This was exactly what we needed. Perfect fit, standard size 2 3/16" for a Lionel train clock my husbands was partial to.
The original movement ceased to work and I thought I would try to purchase the clock again, but then took a look on Amazon and saw this replacement movement and it did the trick. Clock is as good as new and as a matter of fact now as a minute hand added. Thanks Amazon for carrying this.

By Robert I have purchased these replacement movements from different sources in the past, but this movement was particularily
noisy during operation and I would not buy this one again.

Fix the clockDec 16, 2011
By D. Weathers I bought a LaCrosse stainless steel atomic clock that seemed to be perfect for me. However, within 1 day, the face (made of paper) started ruffling around the edges and made it impossible for the hands to move around freely. I tried 2 exchanges and each one was worse. The return shipping expenses made the price too high to keep trying to get a workable clock from LaCrosse. So, I ordered this replacement part and installed it in my old, cheap plastic clock that I've always liked since I purchased it 10 years ago.
