I was looking for clasps that were a little larger than these, but they may be stronger than they look. They are being used for necklaces that are fairly heavy, and haven't broken yet. They look very nice.

before i ordered these, i had ordered Gunmetal Plated Curved Lobster Clasps 8mm (10) and realized those were way too small to easily open the clasp. these are the perfect size and came in a non-tarnish bag. however, one of the clasps didn't close properly (it would just stay open) so i will not be ordering from Scott Paul Beam again.

This product is exactly what the Jewlery maker need to close the various necklaces and bracelets. Otherwise one would need to figure out how to open and close. A terrific product!!!!
