I thought I would use this much more than I really do but for me it is really hard to get smaller beads back up and out once they are in. Also, I string my beads in a more random fashion so the I found the tracks and measurements are not something I use often.
What I do like is the flocked surface; beads don't roll around much. There's a good amount of space in the wells for keeping lots of beads on board, (haha). Also the low profile; I can leave a project in this on my table and it doesn't take up much room.
For me, this is a so-so item but I can see this being very useful if you work with larger beads and/or your projects have any pre-determined length, repetition or pattern that could benefit from them measuring guides. If you decide this tray is for you, you may want to check out these listings that have the fitted lid and/or carrying case as well:

Not my favorite boardApr 08, 2011
By Katherine "Kat" Rowe It gets the job done but I don't consider it to be great quality for the price. My main quibble is the straight edges in all the wells. It may not seem like much but it makes it a pain to gather small beads back up after working with them, which makes the jewelry-making process needlessly frustrating. It also means that they don't stack well with other boards that do have curved edges. They also aren't dreadfully sturdy.
For the price, I'd expected better.
