My only qualm about this item before I purchased it was getting the size right. I really had no way to measure the winding spindles so I had to estimate with a ruler. It was going to be either a 7 or 8. I chose the 8 since it was the more common.

this key didnt fit my clock
but it it was shipped on t ime and in good shape
