They sent 6X9 BUT insist it's 6X10 AND refuse to return my shipment costDec 29, 2010

I ordered 50 #0 6x10 Bubble Mailers after they arrived I measured the envelops and they are exactly 6.75 x 9.25 that means 6x9. I sent a request to CheckOutStore to confirm that they wil reimburse me for the product cost and shipment cost. All bubble envelops bought in any store are .25 to .75 inches longer and wider then the usable space. CheckOutStore, replied to my complaint:" The product shipped was #0 Kraft 6x10 Bubble Mailers. Usable space is 6x9. This is standard for all #0 mailers. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels. You will have to ship it back at your own cost. Shipping is non refundable."
I sent another e-mail reminding CheckOutStore that the buddle envelops did NOT even measure 6x10 as they stated and that they did sent a wrong product and that their policy on their website for error shipment is: "In some rare instances, you may receive an incorrect product. This may be due to a mistake on our part and should this happen; we sincerely apologize and ask that you please call us immediately at 800-676-0134 so we can arrange to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense."
I WRITE TO CheckOutStore that I did call 800-676-0134 and that the person refused to even discuss this with me.
No reply to my second e-mail either. No call back.
THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERIVE BY CheckOutStore
AND IF THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE FULL AMOUNT ..........
