 Use Caution...not a very safe productNov 24, 2010

I bought these for my 6 and 4 yr old. Was very disappointed that the lanyards were NOT assorted colors as promised...all 3 were red. Additionally, there was no packaging around them...just sitting in the box. I washed them w/ soap and water so that was ok. Next, my daughter is suddenly pulling a little bead out of it (the beads give it that sort of vibrating sound). The hole was so large she could just stick her fingers in there and pull it right out. She's 6 so no real danger of her choking on it, but if you have young ones you may want to remove the bead before giving it to them to play with. Finally, the edges are a bit on the sharp side. So far nobody has gotten cut but you wouldn't want to push down on the edges the wrong way.

"Ms. Teacher"
I am a p.e. teacher and needed a new whistle because my old one disappeared. I bought these because they were reasonably priced and had more than one. It has a little plastic ball which makes it not have a good whistle sound to it. I really have to blow in it to get it to sound decent. It maybe great if you are NOT teaching or care what it sounds like.

i have three dogs, one quiet golden and two loud yorkies. bark bark bark. i am sick of yelling at them to be quiet. the whistle is great they so shut up and the product is very solid unlike the plastic ones that don't work. these are great quality
