Nice Variety.....But Cheap, Hard To TurnJul 25, 2011

I picked up this set last May. I had recently taken up a hobby of model ship making and had found the few small screwdrivers I had around to be very useful at times. The ones I had handy already were small, and they had the traditional screwdriver handle that is easy to turn. But they weren't as small as these, which is what I wanted. This collection definitely sets the pace as to variety and being complete with every kind of slotted and phillips style represented. But the awe factor for me pretty much ended there. The first thing I didn't like about them is the threaded handles that are too slim and don't provide anything on them where you can really turn something tightly. That is to say, some kind of flange or wing nut type top where you can really grip it and turn for some real tightness. I just found the threads to be very inefficient in allowing or aiding in any type of good grip. Especially with them being so thin. They are about half the diameter of a pencil. Also, the other reviewer here that talked about the blades themselves being cheap and bending, breaking etc, is correct. Even when I was able to really get a good grip with one of these and tighten something down, the smallest ones bend and were ruined in no time. This is a very cheap set of mini screw drivers that are hard to use and not at all worth it. Look elsewhere is my advice..
