Flat tips range from 0.020" to 0.050" (0.51 to 1.3 mm) in diameter and are easily ground. Punches are 1 5/8" (41 mm) long, with a 3/32" (2.35 mm) shank. The adjustable brass holder measures approximately 3 1/4" (82 mm) long and prevents damage from the hammer.
