I had never heard of this brand, but I figured I couldn't go wrong at this price. The batteries went into a toy phone for my daughter and they're doing fine so far.

I'm really glad I got this battery pack. The batteries are easy to take out from the cardboard backing by pushing them through it, and you can tear the batteries off two at a time to take them with you or to get rid of the used-up portion of the package as you go. And, of course, the batteries do what they're supposed to do, which is provide juice. Great price too.

Beware: this size is available in either Silver Oxide or Alkaline versions.
According to Wikipedia, the Silver Oxide have a slightly higher voltage, (1.55v vs. 1.50v), last about 50% longer and also hold a more constant voltage throughout their life.
These are a pretty amazing deal, but you'll be changing them more often and getting less even performance.

These batteries ARE fresh and work well, they just aren't Maxell like it says under the title!
hobbytoolsupply sells the same 20 batteries that says "by Tian Qiu" under the title for $2.41, which is an even better buy AND you're getting what they're advertising instead of a switch. Other than that, I'm very pleased with hobbytoolsupply!
